MICHAEL LEONI (Writer/Director/Producer)
Founder of An 11:11 Experience, Michael has always committed himself to creating exciting material that can reach beyond the scope of traditional entertainment, challenge an audience’s beliefs, and motivate a movement for positive change.
Michael’s most recent stage credits include writing and directing L.A.’s smash hit play, ELEVATOR, which ran for 10 months, received rave reviews and attracted sold-out audiences. It also garnered the esteemed Los Angeles Times’ Best Bet and Critics’ Pick, as well as earning 11 nominations including Best New Work from Broadway World. It won for Best Director and Best Acting in an Ensemble Cast from StageSceneLA. ELEVATOR is currently being packaged for an Off-Broadway run. He also recently directed the one-woman show, Listen, Can you Hear Me Now, which was acclaimed at the New York International Fringe Festival and won Best of Fringe at the Hollywood Fringe Festival.
Other notable accomplishments, in theatre, include writing and directing The Playground (a rock music-infused piece inspired by the lives of homeless kids), which debuted on stage in Los Angeles and continued to run at least once a year for five consecutive years. The Playground is now in development as a feature film. In New York City he directed, This is Our Youth and wrote, directed and produced, Enigma, and Deviants. He also directed the Fringe Hit and off-broadway production of the rock musical, Loud.
Most recent film credits include writing and directing the feature documentary, American Street Kid, as well as the short films Radford Rd., Deliver Us, Spare Some Change and Someplace In Between - an Official Selection in the LA Shorts Film Festival.
Presently Michael is in pre-production on his new film "#WhenTodayEnds", scheduled to shoot in January 2017, and has two feature films, a television series and two stage musicals in development.
MICHELLE KAUFER (Producer)
Michelle formed An 11:11 Eperience with business partner, Michael Leoni with the mission of producing media to create positive social change. Their first production was The Playground, a Rock Music-infused piece inspired by the lives of homeless kids, which debuted at the Hudson Mainstage Theatre and The Deaf West Theatre in Los Angeles. Backstage West called The Playground “a wake up call for all of us!”
Michelle’s most recent Television and Film credits include producing Turn and Burn for the Discovery Channel, Associate Producing Delta Divers and Virgin Galactic for National Geographic, and producing Deliver Us and Radford Rd for An 11:11 Experience.

MARIO MARCHETTI (Music & Sound Design)
Mario Marchetti is a Los Angeles based record producer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist. He was born and raised in the Bay Area, California. He grew up studying music and was trained in classical piano and guitar. He played in various bands throughout the 90’s, influenced by folk, funk, country, rock, hip-hop, etc. He began engineering, which led to producing and recording some of the greatest rap artists in the Bay Area, including: Digital Underground, Saafir, The Outlawz, E-40, Too Short, and more. He moved to LA in 2003 and began crafting a pop sound for today’s market in which all areas of his musical background fused together.
Mario is currently producing all styles of music in the Top 40 market with no limitations. He’s working with some of today’s most notable artists as well as undiscovered talent he believes in strongly. He co-write and produced JoJo’s hit single “Disaster”. More recently he is known for his work on Demi Lavato’s worldwide, smash-hit “Neon Lights”. He is working with many of the most talented songwriters in the business, creating a roster of upcoming releases. Additional Marchetti collaborations include: Black Eyed Peas, Jennifer Lopez, Fergie, Jordan Knight, Jake Miller, Nick Carter, The Veronica’s, Guy Sebastian, The Rosso Sisters and Pussycat Dolls.
Marchetti is known for bringing a fresh, honest, and larger than life sound to his music. He continues to seek talent and produce records from his recording studio in Los Angeles, CA.
